Austin Hill

Description: Austin Hill is a serial entrepreneur who has been creating technology startups for 15 years. He was a founder of Zero-Knowledge Systems (now called Radialpoint) and as its President helped the company raise $75 million between 1997 and 2001.
He served as the Chief Technology Officer for Zero-Knowledge Systems, the CEO of Synomos Inc. (a subsidiary of Zero-Knowledge Systems) and an Executive-Vice President of Radialpoint.
He is a technology pioneer of the World Economic Forum in Davos (2002) and was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Quebec 2001– Emerging Entrepreneur).
He was a founder of the Internet provider Total.Net and built its Canadian network as its Chief Technology Officer. He was also the founder of security consulting firm Cyberspace Data Security. He is an advisory board member of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, and a past board member of Information Technology Association of Canada.
His work on Internet privacy has been profiled on 60 Minutes, and covered in Time, Newsweek, the Wall Street Journal and The NY Times.
Austin is currently working on a new project
